- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. This is the time we need to prepare your items, perform quality checks, and hand them over to our shipping partner.
- If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you immediately, and give you the option to wait, cancel, or choose an alternative.
- Custom-made or Pre-order Items:
If an item is customized or pre-ordered, the processing time will be communicated in the product description and via email.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates We ship across Pakistan and offer international shipping to select countries.
A. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan):
- Standard Delivery (3–7 business days):
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
- PKR 300 flat rate for orders below PKR 5,000.
- Express Delivery (5-7 business days):
- Delivery Areas:
- We ship to all major cities and regions in Pakistan via trusted carriers like Leopard, and others.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
B. International Shipping (Select Countries):
- We ship to countries including the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more. Check if we ship to your country at checkout.
- Shipping Rates:
- Rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and customs rules. You’ll see the exact cost before confirming your order.
- International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and additional fees — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- 7–14 business days (depending on destination).
- We’ll provide a tracking number once shipped.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking- Once your order ships:
- You’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
- You can track your package via our carriers’ portal (link provided).
- If tracking isn’t available immediately, we’ll update you as soon as it is.
- Please allow the full estimated timeframe before contacting us about delays.
5. Shipping Address- Make sure your address is accurate, complete, and includes:
- Full name.
- Street address (no PO Boxes, unless confirmed acceptable).
- City, postal code, and province.
- Phone number.
- We aren’t responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
6. Delivery and Handling- Attempted Delivery:
- If no one is available, the courier will try delivering again. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
- You’ll be notified, and reshipment will require a new shipping fee.
- Signature Required:
Some high-value orders may need a signature upon delivery. Ensure someone is available.
- Inspection:
Please inspect the package upon receipt. If damaged, note it with the courier and contact us ASAP.
7. Shipping Delays and Issues- Beyond Our Control:
We aren’t responsible for delays due to weather, customs holds, carrier issues, or political restrictions.
- What We Do:
If a delay happens:
- We’ll inform you via email.
- Help you track the package.
- Discuss alternatives if needed.
- Lost Shipments:
If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier and help file a claim. A replacement or refund is subject to the carrier’s findings.
8. Returns and Exchanges Due to Shipping Errors- If we:
- Sent the wrong item.
- Sent a damaged item.
- The item doesn’t match the description.
- We cover full return shipping, and you can choose a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
- If the delay or issue is due to your address error or courier unavailability, we’ll assist, but shipping fees may apply.
9. International Orders — Important Notes- Customs and Duties:
- Your country’s customs may charge additional fees. We don’t control these, and they’re payable upon delivery.
- We help declare accurate values, but check local rules.
- Restrictions:
Some items (due to fabric, embellishments, etc.) might be restricted. We’ll notify you if this affects your order.
10. Address Changes and Order Modifications- Once shipped, we can’t change the address. Double-check before confirming!
- If caught early, contact us immediately — we’ll try our best, but no guarantees.
